ePrescribe Sites

Inpatient ePrescribe fax has been approved for implementation at Connect Care Type A, Type B, and co-located Type C Continuing Care facilities that have external pharmacies. After a successful pilot at St. Michael’s Health Centre in Lethbridge in June 2025, there will be a staged rollout to other sites through 2026. The following list includes current and projected ePrescribe Fax sites. Please check with the receiving site to confirm they are live on ePrescribe Fax.
