Reporting Workbench
Reporting Workbench ('My Reports', RWB) - can be used to generate real-time clinical, operational, quality and research reports in a variety of formats, with support for drilling down to supporting data and taking action with clinical and administrative decision-supports. These work best for smaller data retrievals and sub-populations. Clinicians and managers can facilitate chronic disease surveillance, find patients meriting proactive interventions and track clinical and system performance.
Many RWB capabilities are open to end-users, who can personalize report templates and, given some training, produce personal reports to address unique needs. Builders are more likely to work with report templates, so that a good starting position can be created for the report use-cases that matter to end-users. Builders may also help users with the more advanced RWB capabilities, such as production of visualizations, report summaries and formatted outputs.
Build Process for Documentation of New Reporting Content
To document new reporting content, the Builder must complete a report overview form, which is then the source of truth and added as a link to CCCIR or SN tickets.
